Miss Rachel offers a Submissions Only Match against Mila. But Mila admits she doesn’t know a lot of submission holds, so Miss Rachel offers to use the match as a teaching session. You can probably predict what’s going to happen… Miss Rachel first “demonstrates” a Side Headlock, then hip tosses Mila to the mat while maintaining the Side Headlock. She maneuvers it into a Headscissors, then works it into a grinding bodyscissors that has Mila screaming for mercy. Miss Rachel adds a choke hold to the bodyscissors and rolls backward to increase the pressure. Miss Rachel returns to the Headscissors and keeps Mila trapped for what must seem like an eternity. A few more “demonstrations” from Miss Rachel and Mila ends up face down and out cold on the mat.
