Kakeru is a teen who is a really big fan of the card game, 'Live On' like other people his age. However, whenever he plays, he looses. When he saves a small dog like creature one day being chased by strange people, but in fact the 'dog' is actually a Create Monster and gives Kakeru a rare Live Change card which allows him to protect his new friend and become the best 'Live On' player that he can.
