Coming off his 2023 ADCC European Trials win, where he impressed with victories over the likes of Oliver Taza, Jozef has a lot of bjj wisdom and knowledge to share despite being only 19 years old. We look at the final technique shared with us here at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, this time Jozef shows us how he leverages his opponents frames to lever into a better position for himself, also towards the end he gave us a bonus look into how he uses his famous tripod technique to pass. We keep bringing in the best to teach our students here at Bangtao, staying true to our aim of making this the best bjj gym in the world.
