Right after finishing a mission, the Strategy Queen Victoria Sinclair learns from the system that her modern-day best friend, Lucy Lancaster, was murdered. Seeking revenge, Victoria returns to the 21st century as the true heiress of the Vance family. She replaces the fake heiress, Felicity Vance, to marry the disfigured eldest son of the Prescott family, Julian Prescott. Her new task: make Julian fall in love with her. Everyone expects the Prescott family to reject the country-raised Victoria. Instead, she wins Julian's deep devotion and becomes the general manager of Prescott Corporation, making sure the scumbag who killed her friend, Felix Prescott, finally pays the price.
