Learn how to increase your hip drive by pushing your hips forward and physically driving your hips forward. In this video, trainer Ann physically pushes my hips forward to demonstrate how it feels to drive the hips. The key to increasing the power in your teep is to drive your hips forward. While it is easy to say, "just drive your hips forward" you need to know how it feels like, to be able to execute the technique correctly. Special thanks to Ann Denlangu for demonstrating this technique in the video.
