Class is in session in the knockouts early match, but after making the classic mistake of turning her back on a Vet, the Rookie somehow recovers and takes over the match. Gina’s in all of nothing mode looking for the KO via high impact and Lexie takes an X Factor, DDT, and Bulldog but her arm just won’t fall that 3rd time. Frustration sets in for Gina as she looks for that KO move but Lexie’s much further from done than she realizes and her Standing Moonsault only gets canvas! Thoroughly irritated with the youngster Lexie takes the more traditional, methodical approach to a Knockout match, long grinding holds designed to put Gina to sleep. Within moments a Cobra Clutch reduces Gina to a ragdoll but Lexie is far from done playing with her but despite her best efforts the ref finally calls it. But Lexie comes back for more and this time does a better job of frustrating the Ref while prolonging Gina’s plight with another Cobra Clutch, Sleeper and stranglehold. Another Cobra Clutch allows the Ref to put the Rookie out of her misery but Lexie isn’t done with the lesson and Gina can only dream of the career that never was.
