A down on his luck college student (Xander) is left with no choice but to move back in with his abusive foster parents. After being evicted from his off-campus home, and kicked out of the university. An old friend invites Xander to join an MLM called "Dream Visions". An organ harvesting syndicate that sells organs to hospitals on the Black market. Xander becomes a victim of Dream Visions and survives barely. Years later Xander comes back home. Believing the Horrors of Dream Visions are behind him. But unbeknownst to him the syndicate has evolved and is under new management. The organization has become a talent agency. Specializing in harvesting organs from young aspiring artists, and occult rituals. A disgruntled ex-employee of the organization (Mr. Knives) seeks the right his wrongs. By trying to rescue the latest victims of Dream Visions. Before their organs are stolen and become part of an occult initiation ritual. But the organization is aware of Knives Plans and sends a person from Knives past as opposition.
