Whyte is also a former kickboxing champion having held the BIKMA British super-heavyweight title and the European K1 title, and has competed professionally in mixed martial arts. Nicknamed "The Body Snatcher", Whyte is renowned for his devastating left hook with many of his fights ending by was of KO. In 2022, Whyte fought Tyson Fury for the WBC Heavyweight championship, he lost the fight via 6th round TKO. His current professional record is 30-3 (20 KO's).
