Death on the Nile
This is such fun. Starting with a cast of some of the best actors of the day to a murder for which there are about a dozen suspects. It is classic falling dominoes. One person is killed and that death causes another assailant to surface. It isn't long before another one goes down. The charm is that Hercule Poirot is on the trip and he must sort out all these deaths and figure out motives. Every character has a reason for killing Linette. But once she is dead, why do others keep falling by the wayside? There is a wonderful scene in the saloon where Poirot sorts it all out. See this. It's like a game where everyone needs to carefully eliminate people until they get down to a single murderer.
I rarely rate a movie 10 , but an exception is made for this one ! It is one of my favourites , a brilliant Christie adaptation , brought to the screen by a brilliant cast . What a line up of actors in this one , each playing their characters to perfection , and the plot ? What can I say , Agatha did it again ! The location is amazing and beautiful , everything about this movie is excellent. And I do think that, Agatha herself would have been thrilled by this movie , it certainly did justice to her clever writing .
Holds up well, even after multiple viewings. The violence for a PG rated movie is affectively brutal. A slew of great actors fleshing out memorable characters; what more do you need? One of the better movie adaptions of Christie's extensive library, even with a few of its more detailed threads reduced in film form. (It rarely hurts the story) This contains one of Mia Farrow's best performances.
A rich girl was killed in a boat and some of enemies travel in sane boat who were all in suspect list...a detective interogates a each and every people and finally found the killer with reason of murder.. This is one of the best agatha cristie's novel adaption... We cant easily predict the murderer.. At first one hour we should be have more patience and observe the character for enjoying the rest of the movie.. Must watch investigation movie..!!
