Learn one of the most common mistakes that beginners make when learning how to kick. In this video, you will learn the importance of focusing on technique before you start trying to hit with power. The key is to slow everything down, then speed it back up. Special thanks to Ann Denlangu Sinbimuaythai for being in the video.
