I swear it's the same movie but Swimming Pool was better. A little more heat could have helped this movie a lot.

Amazing movie. It was very heartfelt and sad. I loved it so much.

Karen (Otmara Marrero) has a bad breakup with D (Sonya Walger) who changed the locks on her and even steals her dog. Karen takes off and breaks into a country house. She is befriended by neighbor teen Lana (Sydney Sweeney). Handyman Beau (Will Brittain) shows up to check on the house. The first half has a great quiet intensity. Karen is constantly threatened with exposure which does lead to the question why. Why doesn't she simply leave? There is an answer about halfway in the movie. It's a good answer but the movie does need to find something quick to replace the tension. It's a little slow to get there but it does eventually get somewhere. The slow pacing is a double-edged sword. It's part of the movie's charms but it's also part of its problem. Filmmaker Lara Gallagher may be a name to look for in the future.

This movie was basically the "gay" version of The Green Knight. Pointlessness and dragging is all you'll get. I also don't care for this being labeled a lgbt+ film considering the lack of anything gay in focus. If it's a love story, then it was a weak attack at building chemistry between the characters. I really didn't know what I was watching. I thought it was a romance, it felt like a drama, and the music made it seem like something horrendous was gonna happen but it never does. At least The Green Knight was visually stimulating.

This film start with a girl "Karen" watching video at her phone, and she can't open a house with her key scene! As turnout, this film is about Karen need to help the girl she met at the lake house "Lana" to retrieve back the camera that contain her * video! Entire film full of boring conversation, and annoying overuse scene! Such as, overuse of the song playing at the background scene, overuse of the drinking scene, overuse of the smoking scene, overuse of the taking drug scene, overuse of the driving scene, overuse of the swimming scene, overuse of the kissing scene, and overuse of the calling names scene! Make the film unwatchable! At the end, after retrieve the camera, Karen throw it into the lake! That's it! Wasting time to watch!

Terrible, artificial and forced. Overbearing musical score is jarring
