Buakaw at his very best... Buakaw's Muay Thai training routines have had millions of YouTube hits over the last few years since he moved to the new Banchamek Gym in Bangkok. However, I think the best footage of Buakaw was captured during the time he spent at the Por Pramuk camp while he was fighting under the K1 banner in Japan.
