No idea what the statute of limitations is in Brazil, but this brawl went down at Copa Cyclone in Rio de Janeiro. If memory serves, this was the final of the lightweight absolute and there was a cash prize on the line. Kim Terra was going against a guy from GF Team, and at the end of the match the referee, Mauricio Pereira (known by his nickname "Russo") didn't call time when the table worker sounded the end of the match. Back then, Kim was a major hothead and he jumped up and got in Russo's face.
