I have created this video and article in response to a number of requests I’ve had over the years, requests to go into a little detail about the gym in which I coach. This gym is a boxing gym. It’s not a general purpose gym, it is specifically designed to be the right environment to develop fighters. It is my hope that you might be able to identify some elements here that you could maybe use in your home gym, or apply in the gym that you attend or run or even just to satisfy your curiosity :-)
