1 pound elbow noodles 2 1/4 cups heavy cream 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup of each Parmesan, Gruyere, romano cheeses 1 teaspoon garlic and onion powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano Salt to taste Boil pasta in some salty water or chicken broth. Drain pasta, add butter and flour and stir. Add heavy cream it let heavy cream thicken before adding cheeses. Leave some cheese for the top. Add cheese, stir and turn heat off. Add macaroni and stir. Pour into an oven safe pan. Top with mozzarella and leftover cheese and put in oven for 25 mins on 400.
