This series of twenty six episodes, each a mere four minutes long. There are number of three to five episode episodes each following a different magical girl who fights to defend her own prefecture from evil entities called 'Magatsuhi'. With such short episodes it is inevitable that this series isn't going to be full of deep plots and character development; it is however rather fun with decent characters and some decent fights. There are good characters designs; each representing their home prefecture in look and voice obviously this aspect of the show will be better appreciated by Japanese viewers or those who know more about Japan but even if you don't it is enjoyable. While this is hardly a 'must see' series I'd still recommend checking it out; watching the whole series won't take up much of your time. These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.
