A stylistic clash as the rivalry from the OKTAGON Challenge England vs Ireland continues. 🔥 🔴 Gelezi vs. McDonald live interview today 15:30CET, 14:30GMT on 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@OktagonUK_Ireland/ The son of an advisor to the President of the Congo, Gelezi has witnessed the atrocities of war from a very young age, including shootings at his family home on multiple occasions. In France, he grew up with gang members and was heavily involved in the street life. Thankfully he moved to England, started a family, and fell in love with MMA. At 34, Gelezi is the oldest and most experienced fighter in the OKTAGON Challenge. His heavy hands 💣 have destroyed 4️⃣ of 5️⃣ opponents winning by ground and pound or KO! 💥 Training out of Great Britain Top Team under English MMA legend Brad Pickett, his team include UFC fighters and OKTAGON’s very own Alex Lohore. Ireland’s Aaron “Macavelli” McDonald makes his pro debut after racking up 8️⃣ wins from 1️⃣1️⃣ fights as an amateur. The strong, fast and rangey Irish fighter with a Muay Thai background attributes a lot of his motivation to his dad, who has always supported him on his journey. 💪 McDonald constantly taunted Gelezi in the OKTAGON Challenge about his age and will be looking to send him into retirement. 👊 A new era for OKTAGON MMA begins.
