Red Vs Green Both guys try to see who can get lower. 00:35 The ref has seen enough of that and tells them to stand up and bang. 00:49 Nice reverse triangle entry off of spinning armbar threat. 00:52 They roll through to the side triangle. The side triangle and the reverse triangle are twin techniques that will leave you in a bad way, when you have the one you always have the other. It’s my belief that the side triangle ( yoko sankaku) is one of the strongest positions in grappling. An outstanding pinning position with multiple attacks on the arms and legs that are very hard to defend. 00:57 Green gets the tap with the wrist lock.
