OK guys so I'm hooking you up with an excellent coordination drill you can use for these counterattack situations that I explain within the video. One for a Southpaw opponent and another for an Orthodox opponent. Ipsilateral and Contralateral drills are extremely important to develop your all round movement ability in boxing.
