Dota 2 7.41 brought big changes this patch with some things removed but others returning in new forms. Tinker now has rockets again—not the old rocket spam but still a strong tool, Lich’s deny-for-mana style returns giving classic gameplay vibes, OD gets a new shield mechanic replacing part of his old passive, and Techies can detonate mines again, though stacking like before isn’t possible.
