This colorful Funfetti Cake is as delicious as it is festive! Tall layers of moist, soft white cake dotted liberally with rainbow sprinkles are smothered in a fluffy buttercream. Perfect for birthdays or any special occasion! My festive funfetti cake (often called confetti cake) is cheerful, sweet, and beyond delicious! The cake itself has a soft, moist crumb thanks to egg whites, buttermilk, and a combination of oil and butter. Rainbow jimmies are folded into the batter for lots of color throughout. The vanilla buttercream is sweet, creamy, and so fluffy! RECIPE: https://preppykitchen.com/funfetti-ca... ORDER MY NEW BOOK! Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...
