3 Simple Strangles from Guard

Here I am showing three simple strangles from Guard/In between the legs. The strangles not only rely on the judogi, but rely heavily on you being able to move your hips and position yourself in a way that allows you to have maximum strength. If you do not use your body, and simply rely on your arms, the strangles will not be as effective. Pay attention to the details and let me know in the comments how you got on!
